ZLP series temporarily installed suspended platform

ZLP series temporarily installed suspended platform is an ideal access equipment for building facade construction, decoration, cleaning and maintenance. It can be also applied to other aerial working such as elevator installing, ship building, construction of dam, bridge, large chimney, etc.

The suspended platforms are easy to operate, convenient to move and reliable in safety and much more efficient than traditional scaffolding.

A whole set of suspended working platform is consists of suspension mechanism , suspended platform, hoist, safety lock, steel wire rope, electric control system etc.

Suspension mechanism is set up at the top of the building, and hanging the suspended platform by steel wire rope. One whole set of suspended platform normally has two sets of suspension mechanism working together.

There are two safety locks for each suspended platform. They are installed separately on the safety lock bracket which is above the hoist mounting frame.

This equipment adopt anti-tilting type of safety lock. When the work platform tilts or working steel rope breaks , the safety lock can lock the steel wire rope automatically to stop the suspended platform falling down
