Tips on maintenance of tower crane

1)Add and replace fuel according to the regulation of lubrication strictly, and clean the inside of the fuel tank.

2) Do not change the pressure of overflow valve randomly after it is adjusted, and use the pressure indicator to test the pressure to make sure it is normal before jacking each time.

3) Check the contact of each part of tubes, to ensure it is fasten and tight and no oil leaking phenomenon.

4) Check the oil filter regularly to make sure whether there is blocking, and check if the adjustment value has any change after safety valve was used.

5)Inspection and maintenance should be done timely when oil leaking phenomenon found with oil pump, tower crane cylinder and control valve.

6) When starting the hydraulic pump station after final assembly or overhaul, first of all, inspect and make sure the entrance and exit are correct, direction of rotation is correct, input line has no air leakage; and then, try to turn by hand; finally, start and test running within the specified speed.

7)When starting in winter, before running to work it needs to open and close many times, till the oil temperature rising and control valve action is flexible.
